Find out why it is a safe, sound & affordable housing solution as well as new innovations to upgrading eco-friendly and efficiently on an existing home
The Tiny House Movement has been taking the nation by storm, and now reaching Atlanta in a very viable way. The Smart House Small House Show sponsored by Kokoon Homes & Kompak Tiny House on Wheels is inviting all to come and be elevated in understanding what this movement truly means including the advantage of being mortgage free before the age of 29.
The Smart House side shows newer ideas on what existing homeowners can do to make their homes more efficient or even “green”. The Small House side explains how not all homes need to be on wheels, but shows how those desiring smaller dwellings can easily adapt their lifestyle to fit their level of income and still have quality, comfortable housing. Think of secondary housing for the adult student, elderly parent or downsizing. This small house alternative is appealing to many. Come see top builders from across the nation highlight their custom built, top quality units, on sale at this show.
