The Newton County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with local businesses, individuals and friends to provide 4,000 backpacks to be given away at the
Annual Back to School Supply Giveaway. The distribution will be on July 26, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 2171 Elm Street, (the old Covington Academy School).
