Summer camp registration for Rockdale County children ages 5 – 12 starts May 6. Kids can enjoy a fun filled summer at Johnson Park with activities like swimming, arts and crafts, community service projects, team building activities, field trips, and much more.
Rockdale County Parks and Recreation offers summer programs so local youth can catch up with old buddies; make new friends; have unique experiences, and have a safe, enjoyable time at camp.
“A lot of planning goes into making Johnson Park a great place for Rockdale children,” said Recreation and Maintenance Director Sue Sanders. “The county has counselors and summer staff in place to provide supervision and make sure kids learn and have fun.”
The fee is $120 per week per child. Register in person at Johnson Park, 1781 Ebenezer Road, on May 6, 2023 beginning at 8:00 a.m. For more information, call (770) 278-7529.
