Rockdale County and the City of Conyers will be hosting a job fair on Friday, June 2, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Rockdale Career Academy, 1064 Culpepper Drive SW, Conyers, GA 30094. This is the first time Rockdale County and the City of Conyers have partnered together to host a job fair. Major employers from the county, the city of Atlanta, and the metro area will be onsite.

Chairman Oz Nesbitt, Sr. called the event a huge opportunity for the citizens of Rockdale County, saying, “This job fair will not only be a great resource to help the citizens of Rockdale County find quality jobs, but it will continue to keep job growth within Rockdale.”

“The city of Conyers is very pleased to participate in this joint City-County project,” said Mayor Randy Mills, “Through our city’s social media efforts we are looking for large crowds at this event.”

Doors open for the job fair at 10 a.m. Open registration will take place on site.
