The Rockdale County Administrative Services Building at 958 Milstead Ave., Conyers, 30012, will undergo renovations March 23 through April 7 for building improvements.

During the construction, the first floor lobby of Planning and Development will be closed to the public and operations relocated to Room 124. The services of Planning and Development that will be affected and relocated to Room 124 are:

The Milstead Avenue exit of the parking lot will also be closed for staging and construction from March 23 through April 7. Staff and the public will have to use the Main Street exit when leaving the parking lot of the building.
