Rockdale County Clerk of Courts Ruth A. Wilson has announced the full launch of Civil and Land Records e-Filing. “Our e-Filing solutions feature easy-to-use interfaces. It saves attorneys time and money and greatly reduces the manual paper processing in the Clerk’s Office,” said Clerk Wilson.
Superior and State Courts are now accepting new civil cases and subsequent filings through Rockdale Odyssey eFile GA. To begin taking advantage of civil e-Filing and training sessions for which Continuing Legal Education credit may be earned, attorneys may register using the Odyssey eFile GA link provided at www.rockdaleclerk.com.
Effective January 1, 2023, maps, plats, and floor plans are required to be electronically filed with the Rockdale County Superior Court Clerk’s Office. The Clerk’s Office is also accepting deed and lien e-Filings. All land record e-Filings may be submitted at efile.gsccca.org.
