Candidate Hadley Releases 90-day Action Plan for Rockdale Jobs
RJ Hadley, candidate for Rockdale County Commission Chair and current Tax Commissioner, will hold a series of Small Business Roundtables at his campaign office located at 1264 Parker Road. In addition, as part of his ONE ROCKDALE platform, Hadley released a 90-day Rockdale Jobs Action Plan to coincide with his first 3 months in office. Hadley has placed small business success at the center of his plan for jobs and economic development. “We certainly want to prepare and compete for large-scale enterprises in Rockdale, but strong small businesses are the key to building a solid economic foundation for good-paying jobs for our citizens,” says Hadley.
The roundtables will take place at 7:00 p.m. on March 10, March 24, April 7 and April 21. The format is designed to allow small business owners to share their concerns and challenges with doing business in Rockdale. “I want to hear from our owners to understand how we can partner and work together to make their small businesses successful and create more job opportunities in Rockdale,” says Hadley. Participants can register by contacting Zenobia Turpin at [email protected] or 678-374-9828.
The 90-day action plan sets key milestones for Hadley to build collaboration and partnerships around small business growth and jobs creation. “To move forward, I believe in working with county leaders guided by defined plans of action that will hold me accountable to the citizens and lead Rockdale toward its bright future,” says Hadley.
