Health Trust Rockdale, the grant-making division of the Hospital Authority of Rockdale County (HARC), is disbursing more than $100,000 in funds for charitable healthcare purposes. HARC’s Board of Trustees last week voted to award grants to 13 nonprofit and government agencies working to improve the physical and mental health of Rockdale County residents.
