Jackie Sprague, Executive Director, Family Promise of NewRock, was presented with a $2000 check to help with operational expenses. “We are very grateful,” says Sprague, “the donations are low during the months of July and August as families take last minute vacations and are getting ready for their children going back to school.”
The Kiwanis Club of Conyers was established in 1967 and meets weekly at Milano’s’ Restaurant on Tuesday’s @ noon. There are approximately 25 active members.
