Please join us as we LITE UP CONYERS – Walking for a Cause on Saturday, November 21st, 7:00pm – 11:00pm at 1370 Parker Rd, Wheeler Park Pavilion, Conyers, GA.  More information can be found at Conyers 5K Neon Night Walk.

We look forward to networking with local businesses and organizations to help support us as a community partner. How Can You Help? Bring your Team out! Join THE WALK for a CAUSE or VOLUNTEER.  Volunteers are always welcomed and Participation is encouraged. Call for Discount – Teams/Groups 20 or more.

  2. $50.00 Add Your Business Name to the back of Neon Nite T-Shirts (600 T-Shirts)
  3. $50.00 Include Your Business Cards, Flyers, or Coupons in Starter Packs (600 Packs)
  4. $150.00- AX (3) plus 2 – 5K Neon Nite Passes & Starter Packs

Sponsors donations are accepted @ Eventbrite.com/Conyers5KNeonNite. Deadline is 11/11/15.

A portion of all proceed will go to the Awareness Foundation with the most “Neon-Nite-Walkers” We accept In-Kind Donations: Bottled Water, PowerAde, Fresh Fruit, and Variety of Healthy Snacks.

Professional Services can be exchanged for your support or In-Kind Donations. All in-kind donations will be scheduled for pick up. A receipt will be provided reflecting your donations for “tax-purposes” Thanks in advance for  your consideration.

Event Details:

SAFETY- Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office will be present to assist at crosswalks and to help ensure safety!

Registration Check-In 6:00pm – Pick-up Starter Pack & GET GLOWED NON-TOXIC PAINT at 1370 Parker Road, Wheeler Park Pavilion, Conyers, GA 30094. (Parking also available @ 1400 Parker Rd) Starter pack includes T-Shirt, Bottled Water, Glow-In-The-Dark items & special gifts from sponsors.

Event End 11:00pm – The event will end with a Balloon Release Ceremony to honor survivors, those that have lost the battle, and those still fighting! Balloons are also available for 2/$1 donation.

ROUTE: Begins @ Pavilion – Walk South on Parker Rd using sidewalks heading towards, Flat Shoals Rd, At Flat Shoals Rd, use the crosswalk to cross over and head back north on Parker Rd passing RCA, finishing at Wheeler Park Pavilion. Repeat 3 times. 10:15pm-11:00pm.
