Olde Town Conyers Gets a Clean and Komfort-able Fresh Start with Komfort Zone All Natural Soaps, Body Butters, Bath Salts and other Luxury Bath and Body Items!
Komfort Zone is pleased to announce its first brick and mortar location in Olde Town Conyers, Georgia. When is the last time you’ve been able to comprehend the ingredients in the products you use every day?
Yvonne Oxley, Komfort Zone’s creator, founder, owner and soap artist, came upon this realization many years ago on her journey to becoming “All Natural”. Initially starting with her hair, she began questioning the products she used and whether or not they were helping or hurting her. During this venture, her son developed a severe case of eczema, but the prescribed medicine seemed to be thinning out his skin. No prescription product seemed to cure it. Instead of feeling helpless, as many people would have, she took matters into her own hands and created naturally moisturizing products for him to use like the oatmeal, goat’s milk and honey soap. She hasn’t looked back since creating Komfort Zone, a true “All Natural” product.
The Komfort Zone grand opening event was a huge success!
As a member of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on September 14, 2015 followed by their grand opening on September 24, 2015. The doors to their first brick and mortar opened and not only introduced Komfort Zone to Olde Town Conyers, but most of all wholeheartedly welcomed them too! The overall feedback has been very rewarding.
About the Owner/Products/Business
Yvonne began making soaps and lotions from scratch at home, with soap items taking up to five to six weeks to cure. After seeing much improvement in her own skin and hair, Yvonne went on to sell her products to her family and friends.
The products are made from 100% natural ingredients to include olive, coconut, castor and palm oils, shea and cocoa butters. Each hand-cut bar is a mini work of art, infused with a custom blend of pure essential and premium fragrance oils, designed to turn your bath or shower into a multi-sensory experience. Even the colors are dye-free and emanate.
To date, she has created over 50 different soaps, butters, lotions, salts, scrubs, and candles. There are soaps created particularly to soothe those with symptoms of eczema, sensitive skin, and acne, and even chemotherapy patients get relief for the painful burns from treatment.
Komfort Zone has received so much positive feedback that Yvonne began taking her natural products on the road to trade shows across the country and opened a 12 week pop-up shop, which did extremely well. In just five and a half short years since branding Komfort Zone, Yvonne has traveled all over the U.S. Her products can be found in several spas and salons on the east coast. JENN Health and Beauty Supplies in Barbados has taken on these beautiful and beneficial soaps and butters. Her products are now international!
Komfort Zone has an online (www.komfort-zone.net) and vendor presence, and is proud to become a merchant in Olde Town Conyers.

Awake Coffee Community (ACC) is a missions based, non-profit organization which seeks to create community (common-unity) through funding and hosting social projects, both local and international. Simply put, they love. Komfort Zone is committed to giving one percent of their annual profit to ACC to do whatever they need to do to assist the ‘Common-Unity’ near or far.
Phoenix Pass, Inc. (PPI) is a non-profit transitional housing program for single mothers with children who are experiencing homelessness. Their mothers live in furnished apartments, rent-free for up to two years while they work to re-establish self-sufficiency through saving, classes, and coaching sessions. Komfort Zone is committed to assisting by holding fundraising events and drives to benefit the residents of PPI.
Upcoming Events
Saturday, February 6, 2016 – 12 p.m. – 5 p.m: During OTC Party Gras, Komfort Zone will host a Book Signing/Meet the Author event with local author, Tim Anderson! (Chaplain’s Assistant at Kentucky Army National Guard, Logistics at 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment and Transport at Illinois National Guard; Studied Criminal Justice at Eastern Kentucky University). Tim Anderson takes an in-depth look into how the misguided prison-industrial complex unfairly targets minorities, the mentally ill, and the poor. He supports the argument made by Angela Davis, who said, “Prisons give the appearance of performing a magic trick. However, prisons don’t make problems disappear, they make people disappear.” Neoliberals continue to try to convince the public that we need to equip our police officers with weapons that make them seem more like military ground troops. But if we continue down this course, we’ll all just be one more target to be eliminated in The United States of Incarceration. – Barnes & Nobles
Friday, February 12, 2016 – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Meet and greet with Janice T. Morris – Janice Morris has been “Approachable, Accessible and Accountable”. She has been married to her best friend, Mr. Tolbert Morris Jr., for over 16 years. She has four sons and five grandchildren. One of her sons is a graduate of Salem High School Class of 2009.
