Rockdale County Republican Party has announced its delegates for the district and state conventions. These delegates will represent Rockdale County at the District 4 convention on April 16th, and at the state convention June 3-4.

“The Rockdale County Republican Party is growing and I am very proud of these citizens who answered the call to represent the great county of Rockdale in this critical presidential election year,” said Toby Dryer, Rockdale County Republican Party Chairman. The delegate process includes convening, nominating, and electing delegates to each of the conventions. These delegates represent Rockdale County and provide the county a voice in the selection process of proposed rule changes and resolutions within the district and later within the state Republican Party.

Delegates elected to represent Rockdale at the fourth district convention are Rick Baehre, Terrie Baehre, Barbara Bunn, Bill Campbell, Frances Carey, Thomas Chastain, Toby Dryer, Sandi Folsom, Debee Haynes, Ken Holmes, Michael P. Howington, Melody Howington, Christopher Lester, Sam Smiley, Carlton Thomas, Russell Tonning, Eleanor Toppins, JaNice Van Ness, Hilda Westmoreland, Linda Wood, Carol Hertwig, and Otto Hertwig.
Delegates elected to represent Rockdale County at the Georgia Republican Party state convention are Rick Baehre, Bill Campbell, Frances Carey, Claudette Durham, Bill Durham, Toby Dryer, Sandi Folsom, Patricia Harper, Ken Holmes, Melody Howington, Michael P. Howington, Christopher Lester, Sam Smiley, Russell Tonning, Eleanor Toppins, JaNice Van Ness, and Linda Wood.

The Rockdale County Republican Party elected a full delegation to each convention. “I am proud of the work we have accomplished and the positive growth we are seeing every month as more citizens become involved in the political process to help make Rockdale County the best county in the state to work, live, and raise a family in.” said Toby Dryer.
