The public is invited to attend the upcoming conservative citizens group to meet author Camilla Johnson Moore, the author of Black Conservatism & Its Quest for Relevancy. Her book is a must read for Conservatives, political activists, political candidates, and others who desire to understand the inner workings of the Black Community, politically and socially, and the relevancy of the Black Conservative message today in getting out the African-American vote for Conservatives.
Additionally, a discussion about the community issue of party houses will be discussed, including local ordinances that are needed to strengthen property rights for homeowners in communities across Georgia, but most importantly Rockdale County. Hear what we can do to influence your elected officials and fight for change in our local and state legislation. Code enforcement issues affect our entire community and working together, we can bring positive change.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Honey Creek Country Club which is located at 635 Clubhouse Drive. You can reserve your place by going to rockdalegop.com and click on events to RSVP. Memberships will be available or you can go online to our website.
