With over 15 years of experience, they specialize in planning corporate events, weddings, galas, specialty parties and producing fashion shows.

It all started in a small town in Ohio. As a young, curious ball of energy, Habiba would assist her parents with planning huge family celebrations at their home in the countryside. The oldest of nine children, Habiba was able to cultivate leadership skills with a crew of willing participants – well most of them were willing. From an early age, she had lots of responsibilities to manage the planning of parties and was often found helping her parents prepare meals and rearranging seating to accommodate guests. To see smiles on all the faces and witness people she loved celebrate with gladness was a rewarding experience for Habiba.

Since those tender moments of childhood, Habiba continues to enjoy planning, organizing her team and executing logistics with a purpose. With a growing portfolio of clients planning various events, The HEM Firm hired four interns, ushering in a youthful energy to support company goals as coordinators, security and technology specialists. Clients find it easy to use the firm, as the company structure has improved and their soft people skills ease stress and relax tension.

Just recently, The HEM Firm experienced a teambuilding outing at Stone Mountain Park to strengthen areas of development and to discuss personal and professional goals. This team brings enthusiasm and bright ideas to their roles, as innovation, creativity and performance goals are key driving factors for the company’s sustainability. Collectively, they generate optimal life force energy, supporting a journey towards leadership development and economic growth for the next generation.
