The Community for Accredited Online Schools ranks Georgia Military College (GMC) as one of the top two-year schools in the nation with the best online teaching programs for 2023. As a leading resource provider for higher education information, the Community for Accredited Online Schools released a list of the best colleges and universities with online teaching programs. Out of 50 two-year colleges on the list, GMC ranks #20 in the nation. GMC is also the only college in Georgia to appear on the two-year college list.

To earn a spot on the “Best Online Teaching Programs” list, colleges and universities must be accredited, public, or private not-for-profit institutions. Each college is also selected based on the criteria of student resources, student/teacher ratios, availability of academic counseling, graduation rates, and financial aid offerings.
