I am not sure what kind of season the Tech basketball team will have this year.  There are a lot of new faces, a lot of experience, some talent, some youth, a tough schedule, and a tough league.  But I do know one thing.  The Jackets continued their dominance over the dogs on the hardwood!  For the fourth year in a row, CBG led the Jackets over the bulldogs.  It remains obvious, Tech has the top basketball program in the state, always has, always will.

As I write this, Tech’s football team sits and 9-2.  With wins over three rivals that have beaten them lately, Va Tech, Climpson, and Miami, I think they will make it a fourth!  Our hopes of an ACC championship are still alive with 2 weeks to go in November.  We are in good shape for a birth in the Orange Bowl.  I watched the complete dismantling of Climspon, by the Tech defense none the less.  The defense scored as much as the offense and has 4 touchdowns in our last two games.  This is truly shaping up to be a special season on the Flats.

Oh, and I almost forgot, Gooooooo Gators!  Ha Ha Ha
