Adrian Brown

In November of 2011, just before Thanksgiving Day Adrian and Elaine Brown found themselves homeless and out of work. With three children under the ages of ten years old to feed and house, the Brown’s needed help to get their family to a better place in their lives.

One of Adrian’s former co-workers at Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers told him about the Family Promise Program of Newton/Rockdale counties. The Browns were one of the first families who entered the network of 13 churches in Newton and Rockdale counties taking turns to house families in need a week at a time.

Family Promise’s motto is “Building Communities and Strengthening Lives”. After Adrian secured a new job, the Browns began to look for housing and found a nice single family house in “Olde Town” Conyers. Elaine started a new job at the “Sweet and Savory Café” in Conyers and their three children adjusted nicely to their new home and schools. The Browns were able to get out of the program in approximately four months.

Since that time in 2011, things have improved for the Brown family. Adrian, who still works a regular job, is now also the President and CFO at Allbiz Enterprise Inc., a Georgia chartered corporation that provides high quality printed materials, audio tutorials, and video programs that help you learn a wide range of techniques to become wealthy. They show people how to start a business, speak well, invest wisely, avoid toxic people, and how to be the boss through personal performance, communications and technology.

Adrian is dedicated to the belief that all Americans should have equal access to the American Dream. It is his goal to help people create the lifestyle that they dream of having through business education, access to the principles of wealth, and the opportunity for financial independence.

Through Allbiz Enterprise Inc. Adrian is creating a National Movement towards financial freedom and success for all Americans seeking more abundance out of life for themselves, their families, and their communities. Adrian believes that by releasing people from their financial bondage, we will increase their purchasing power, rebuild self-esteem and value, while ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.

In addition, Adrian has written a new book titled: “The Paid-n-Cash Guide to Wealth System”. Adrian’s background in real estate, credit services, legal services, sales, management, finance, and strategic planning enable him to share over 25 years of personal experience to show people various ways to excel.

Adrian’s work can best be described as a (3) pronged method focused on manipulating and handling money using what he calls the (ERC) method.  1. Debt (E)limanation 2.Credit (R)estoration and 3. Wealth (C)reation. The Paid-n-Cash Guide to Wealth System demonstrates that lower – middle income Americans earning $5000-$150,000 per year can leverage their experience to enter many other career/business fields while reducing or eliminating their vulnerability to outsourcing. While there are many books providing career advice Adrian gives a whole new and much broader meaning to the term: “Follow Your Dreams!!!

Adrian also heads up Allbiz Funding Solutions. The demand today for money and credit is overwhelming, and helping people solve their money problems is both rewarding and enjoyable! Allbiz Funding Solutions works with a strong array of sources to arrange financing. Our business is to work with principals, developers, and all types of business owners to tailor transactions to their unique and specific needs. We come up with solutions where others have fallen short. We offer a wide variety of temporary or permanent financing needs.

These days the Brown family has plenty to be thankful for. Elaine has secured a position at Rockdale Medical Center as a dietary aide and she loves working with people and serving her community. Their children are well adjusted to their new community and schools and are earning good grades.

Adrian has acquired a corporate office for Allbiz Enterprise Inc. at 915 Center Street Suite #107 Conyers Ga. 30012 right in the heartbeat of Olde Town Conyers. Elaine is very happy with her position at Rockdale Medical Center and the children are all growing and looking forward to being active members of the Rockdale County community, and both Adrian and Elaine are looking forward to a prosperous year in 2015.

The Brown family is very thankful for the Family Promise Program and all the volunteers and helpers that have become personal friends from Newton and Rockdale Counties as the Brown’s look forward to servicing the citizens of these counties and many, many more for years to come.

If you would like a copy of Adrian’s book or have need of any of the services from the Allbiz Enterprise Inc. family of companies feel free to call us at (770) 771-9637 (or) send your letters and book request to: Allbiz Enterprise Inc. According to the article, The Family Promise Program appears to be an excellent model of the community (not the government) giving people a hand-up and not a hand-out. BizLynks TV Network (www.BizLynks.TV) is philosophically aligned with the concept of helping people become independent through interdependency. Congratulations to the Brown Family and The Family Promise Program. This model should be duplicated across the country and globally.
