Allstate Agency Owner – Bob Foster
CONYERS, Ga. (April 2, 2015) – Local Allstate agency owner Bob Foster received the Allstate Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to helping others and community service. Because of Foster’s outstanding volunteerism, The Allstate Foundation awarded a $1,000 grant to Rockdale Emergency Relief, where he volunteers at the food pantry and distributes food to citizens of Rockdale County.
Allstate, its agents, and employees have a proud history of putting their good hands to work in supporting Georgia communities, promoting volunteerism and providing financial resources to enable local organizations to help others. Now in its 63rd year, The Allstate Foundation has given more than $300 million in financial contributions to communities around the country and in 2014, gave $139,000 in Georgia as part of the Allstate Agency Hands in the Community Program.

“The Allstate Agency Hands in the Community Award celebrates the spirit of service and commitment to communities where we live, work and do business.” said Bob Holden, Field Senior Vice President for Allstate’s Southeast region. “With support from The Allstate Foundation, Bob makes our hometown a better place.”
The Allstate Foundation awards more than $2 million every year to nonprofit organizations across the country in honor of dedicated Allstate agency owners who give back to their communities through outstanding volunteerism. To be eligible for nomination, Allstate agency owners must volunteer, mentor, or lead a nonprofit of their choice.
