The Knights of Columbus Council 10004 announces community trivia to benefit Walk of Heroes Veterans War Memorial.

The Knights of Columbus Council 10004  is hosting a public event to raise awareness and much needed funds for the Walk of Heroes/Veterans War Memorial. The fundraiser is to raise $162, 000 to repair/refurbish 11 sites throughout the memorial. The community is invited to participate in trivia night on April 16th and it begins at 6:45 p.m. The cost is $10 and includes the trivia and a chance to win a door prize. All in attendance are asked to bring a door prize and a side dish to share in a community-wide meal. It is a BYOB event and soft drinks will be provided. The event will take place at Saint Pius Catholic Church in the Parish Hall.

The Walk of Heroes memorial honors all veterans, past and present, that have served to make freedom possible for all Americans. Since being established in 2000, funds have been limited and repairs are needed. The community is invited to show their support of the Walk of Heroes and our veterans by supporting the Knights of Columbus and coming out to play trivia with the community.
