A ceremony honoring 11 retiring City of Covington employees will be held February 28 at the Turner Lake Complex.
Encompassing 284 years of combined service, the ceremony is open to the public and will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
“We will certainly miss the many contributions these employees have made to the City of Covington,” said City Manager Leigh Anne Knight. “Covington is a better place because of these employees and I want to wish them well in their retirement. They have certainly earned it.”
