This Ministry was started in 1990 when Pastor Leo
was directed by the Lord to reconstruct a study that he
was using to train people for ministry for many years!
Pastor Leo at the time had been doing pastoral work for 27 years.
He has known the Lord Jesus Christ since 1955 going on 51 years.
He now has a total of 46 years experience as a pastor.
The Lord led him to put together the “Personal Growth”
Home Study Bible Correspondence Course,
From the study he was teaching.
Then was instructed to let people have the study free of any charge.
He started off giving it away to people close to him

The growth of the study spread all over the world; England, Yugoslavia, Africa,
India, the Philippine Islands, Canada, and all over the United Sates of America.
We are in many of the prisons throughout the USA.
It has been translated into different languages in Africa,
India and the Netherlands.
At this writing, we have on record 1893 student.
We keep a file of each student and issue him or her a
“Christian Worker Certification” when study is completed.
