Welcome

Welcome

Saint Saviour’s Episcopal Church is a small parish with a generous heart. We combine a rich liturgical tradition with intimacy in worship, and we strive to be a community that welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds. We value each member of our parish, young and old, and try to minister to each in the ways that are most effective. Saint Saviour’s also works hard to serve people in need in the surrounding communities and in other parts of the world.

At the heart of our common life is the baptismal covenant. In this covenant, we commit ourselves to several very particular patterns of behavior and habits of mind and heart. We promise to study scripture and tradition regularly, to participate actively in community worship and fellowship, to be honest with God about the state of our souls, and to be people whose lives communicate to others forgiveness, generosity, and truth. Undergirding all of our promises is a commitment to be people of prayer – to be people who continuously seek God’s help and guidance in the lives we lead and the ministries we undertake.
