For
the young adults of Saint Andrew's, we learn about the history of our religion
and how it applies to our daily lives. Our Senior teachers are John Roulat
and Jerry Ciccarelli. The objective is to provide these young adults with
the foundation upon which they may build their personal and spiritual house.
The intermediate Sunday School Class
serves students ages 7-9. The classes are led by teachers Cindy Collins
and Cindy Beck, who use the Episcopal Children's Curriculum . The
Lessons begin with a storytelling session which allows the students to
participate by talking the lesson over and using their imaginations
to create stories based on the days lesson. A craft is always in the lesson,
which the students look forward to. Classes are held in the Parish Hall
during the worship service. The itermediate students worship with their
families on the 1st Sunday of every month, and are encouraged to bring
in a non-parishable food items for the church's monthly food collection
for the needy. The church sends these to nearby food banks and soup
kitchens. In doing so , students become more aware of the world around
them, and those less fortunate than themselves.
Toddlers:
During church services, toddlers are supervised by parents that babysit. They color, draw, do puzzles, play with toys, watch videos, read stories and learn some great new things about God. The children learn how to ineract with each other this way. The toddler group ranges in children aged nine months to five years old.

Saint Andrew's playgrounds was created in 1996 by the parishoners concerned with giving the children a safe enviornment for play. The playground features swings, slides, and a climbing tower (a real favorite), as well as a ride on animals and other items geared toward pre-schoolers.
