We are now accepting reservations for the summer of 2007!
General Description
A very comfortable single family home, situated in a lovely residential neighborhood, set up for (1) one family of no more than (4) four. There is a seasonal ocean view where just watching the waves or the lobstermen collecting their catch is most enjoyable. If it's going to the beach that you like, it's just a short walk from us as is the town, (fun to browse through). A great family vacation area and ideally located to visit the many activities of southern Maine such as:
swimming/surfing at Long Sands Beach
swimming/surfing at Short Sands Beach
Walk the Marginal Way (walk the rocky cliffs in scenic
Ogunquit)
Visit the Local Lobster Pound
Watch Saltwater Taffy being made
at The Goldenrod Kisses Taffy Restaurant (quite famous)
Ogunquit Playhouse (many
Broadway Plays and famous actors)
Perkins Cove (Lobster boat harbor)
Scenic Lighthouses
Fishing excursions
Scenic boat trips
York's Wild Kingdom Amusement Park (children love it -
grown-ups do too)
Factory Outlets (if you like
to shop they have just about anything you want)
Golfing (Cape Neddick CC,
Ledges, The Links at Outlook, York Golf & Tennis)

Rates & Information
We rent weekly from June thru September
$1275.00/week/occupancy of 4
A $200, security deposit will be charged for summer rentals and be returned two weeks following your rental. At the time of the reservation, a 50% deposit plus the security deposit will be due. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Checks will be accepted for deposits and secured funds will be required for balance.
