Zion's Calendar Girl "Callie"
This is my current Sheltie.
I got her when she was just 5 months old. Callie's a pure for Sable and is a real beauty. She is correct for Breed to AKC standards and now is about 13 1/2 high. She is spayed and is in training by me for Obedience Trials and Certification as a Hearing Dog. I hope we can earn a UD title someday. Callie is already working well on her Sounds, and wakes me up every morning. So far, She has done much better than I expected and will even fetch a dumbell very well. She will be much closer to me as I have gotten her at a much younger age.

She has learned all the Sounds that she "alerts" me for. Hopefully, We both will be ready for the Ring this Summer. I am still waiting to get her certified as a hearing dog.

Callie is now certified as a Hearing Dog. I'm happy with the way she does her sound work. She gets me every time and enjoys getting my attention. She still needs more confidence in Public Places. She gets "spooked" sometimes. I think she gets a more welcome response because she's a pretty dog.

Callie now has her C.D. & Placed 1st place on her last leg with a score of 191. Now we are working on Open For CDX and starting on U.D. She's much more confident and easier to work with now as she gets more mature. Be sure to look for updated photo.
