The pond at night. It glows from inside with 5 pool lights in the pond, and 3 in the waterfall. You can also see the landscape lighting on the path. A walk at night is a magical experience! |
Artsy shot including some foreground annuals from a pot at the corner of the house. |
Close up of the water fall. Over 10 feet high with 2 large basins, it can be a restful cascade or a melodic roar! Note all the water paths, especially the splash into the bogs on either side. |

Two water returns from rocks on the left side. The rocks already had drill holes - and I can't imagine letting a good drill hole go to waste! |

Another view of the left side rocks returning water to the pond after filtration |

The foreground rock is in the middle of the patio - fondly called the diving rock. It also makes a great picnic table! |
View from the edge of the patio. Karen designed and crafted the stained glass lamp which lights the patio and right side of the pond. |
Artsy view from the bridge on the right side of the pond. Note the flow into the big bog, which is separated from the pond by a 4-ton rock! |

From around the back of the pond, the 'Snow Lantern' sits proudly on a rock and lights the path. Made of imported Japanese granite, the texture and color are particularly pleasing. |
View of the left side of the pond, from the lantern, to the return water coming out of the rocks, and the greenhouse in the background |

Looking at the pond from the yard at the side of the house - through the fence. The fall color was marvelous! |
