Andrew (Andreas) originally settled in Lancaster Co., PA before moving to Wildcat Valley in Greenwood Twp, Cumberland Co., PA. (Perry Co. was not formed yet.) The assessment for Cumberland Co. in 1769 lists Andrew Utz as owning 100 acres of land in Greenwood Twp, with 10 acres cleared and owing one horse and two cows.
