Every Halloween, I dress as the original Lara Croft when answering the door for trick-or-treators.  In 2003, I finally finished the costume with a hand-made leather gun rig and replica H&K USPs for a juried costume party at Toad's Place in New Haven, CT.

There are many excellent online resources for finding Lara Croft costume pieces, particularly if searching for Lara Croft:  Tomb Raider style accessories.  If costs are an issue or an original character look is required, however, it may be more difficult to find costume parts for this character.  Therefore, I have provided details for putting together this outfit, including a pattern and instructions (to be posted shortly) for making an original-style leather gun rig as well as a Costume Part Retailers list.
