  • Distributive Property of Multiplication over Subtraction

  • terms

Distributive Property of Multiplication over Addition

For any rational numbers a, b, and c,

a(b + c) = ab + ac, and

(b + c)a = ba + ca

Distributive Property of Multiplication over Subtraction

For any rational numbers a, b, and c,

a(b - c) = ab - ac, and

(b - c)a = ba - ca

Take class notes.

Rework the examples that are illustrated in this section and the examples that I demonstrated in class.

Do your homework.

Write down questions (examples or concept that you do not understand).......then.............. Ask these questions in class.
