- Housing Services Case Manager
- The case manager is responsible for involving clients in preparing treatment plans, supporting activities of daily living, encouraging constructive activity, monitoring medication and transporting clients.
Requirements include BA (preferred) in mental health field with 2 years experience working with people with chronic mental illness along with good driving record. Competitive salary.

- This position is responsible for nursing duties for a community mental health center including ordering/picking up medicine and medical supplies, maintaining a medication management system along with infection control and first aid over-site/education for clients and employees. The nurse will also be liaison between clients and outside providers regarding medication, lead medication groups, wellness efforts and assist prescribers as needed. Requirements include RN and at least two years working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness. EOE
