Common Ground
Common Ground is a multi-faceted psychosocial rehabilitation program consisting of a Rehab Program that operates during the day, and a Social Club that meets evenings and weekends. It offers a spectrum of services that provide support and promote the independence of people with psychiatric and substance abuse disabilities. The programs encompass assistance in pre-vocational, social, recreational, and daily living skills.
Common Ground also provides leadership opportunities for members through election of Steering Committee officers, Standing Committee representation, InterCommunity's Board of Directors membership, and Volunteer Leaders programs.

The Social Club offers regular weekend recreational activities and community outings, and facilitates several clubs:

Career Opportunities assists individuals who receive mental health services at InterCommunity to secure and retain employment.
