The Freedom of Choice Petition was designed to give consumers like you a chance to make your voice heard by the computer manufacturers! Send a direct, clear message to those companies that you refuse to pay any longer for Microsoft software that you won't use and don't want. Demand that they at least give you a proper refund, and that they stop pre-installing [tying or bundling] Microsoft products with every new computer.
