Flying Eagles, Inc. is a small group of private pilots who share ownership of N82953. We operate from Igor I. Sikorsky Memorial Airport (BDR) in Stratford, Connecticut adjoining the city of Bridgeport.
BDR is, in our opinion, the finest General Aviation facility in the area. We have a Class D airspace, two well-oriented 150 foot wide concrete runways (6-24 and 11-29) exceeding 4,600 in length. Runway 6 is ILS equipped and the BDR VOR is on the field. The Bridgeport FSS is on the field, and a full range of services for based aircraft and transients is available. The airport is easy to find, located on Long Island Sound near United Illuminating's 512' MSL red-and-white striped stack. No significant terrain obstructs the approaches to any runway.

We are willing to consider new members of our group. Since each of us own an equal share of the aircraft, any new member would need to invest an amount calculated to maintain the equality of ownership. (Currently there are seven of us.) We pay the variable costs of flying on a per-hour basis and divide the fixed costs equally among the members.
