June 24th
Sorry for the long delay in this update but what a busy 2 months Die My Will has had. Our new CD is fully recorded, mixed and mastered and ready to be pressed. We are just waiting to finalize a few things with Pin Drop Records and the CD will be on it's way to be pressed. The CD will be entitled "...and still we destroy", and includes 9 brand new songs. I have to say that the production on these new songs blow away anything that we have done before and we are all very pleased with the project. Now that the CD is done and I have some free time this pages is going to get overhauled soon. So look for some changes. Also Drawn & Quartered Records has just decided to release and extremely limited pressing of our new CD in 10" vinyl format. I should be out a month or 2 after the CD. If anyone is interested in more information on this release or in pre-ordering a copy please contact Drawn & Quartered Records. In other news we have new songs coming out on the 'call for unity 2' comp on back ta basics records as well as songs on; the fist held high double 7" comp, the '4 corners' 7" comp on slave union records, the Life Sentence Records Comp, the 'CT Brotherhood Comp' on Stillborn Records, the Brainwash Records comp, and a few others in the works. I also added 2 interviews to the page as well as a few more reviews. It looks the the our new full length CD is going to be out in early June, brought to you by the wonderful people at Pin Drop Records. All we have to do now is mix and master the songs. I updated the releases page and if you look really hard you can find a picture of the new cd cover. Well the whole die my will page is going to be completley revamped soon, so keep checking back. And thanks to all the kids who have signed the mailing list and our guest book! And I really can't thank you all enough for your support. Starting in June Die My Will is going to be playing all over so make sure you come out and support, also there is a 2 week U.S. tour in the works with Holdstrong and Barrit tentativley for the last two weeks in August. Wow it has been a month since I last updated this, it felt like no more than two weeks to me, because I have been so busy. Well, first off I updated the sounds page. I added two waves for our song on the Over The Edge Comp III, some longer waves from our Drawn & Quartered CD, and a few real audio files. Right now we are about 50% done recording the songs for the Pin Drop Records CD, which should be release by mid May, if everything goes as planned. If you would like anymore information on this release please feel free to write me. I have spoken with Jeff a few times since he has been on tour with Hatebreed and he is doing well. Hell will be home on April 4th for a short while before he goes back out. And finally, I had written earlier that we were going to send out a big mailer back in January, but as all things in hardcore go, it has been delayed and should hopefully be going out in late April or early May. Sorry for the delay but that just means that more of you kids can get on our mailing list and receive some of the wondrous things that Drawn & Quartered, Pin Drop and Stillborn Records have to offer. Alright, in current news our drummer, Jeff, is currently playing for hatebreed on their U.S. tour with Earth Crisis and Strife, until April 4th. So if you get a chance to see hatebreed play during this time make sure you say hi to Jeff and tell him how much you love Die My Will. But don't worry, Jeff will still be playing with Die My Will when he returns. Until then we have an amazing drummer that was nice enough to offer us his services in Jeff's absence, Justin Foley from Red Tide. In other news, our new cd should be recorded by the end of April and released shortly after on Pin Drop Records. We just put the finishing touches on the nine songs last week. Well, if any of you kids want more info on the release or what's going on with Die My Will feel free to drop me a line.

I finally put up some wave files, so go check them out on the sounds page. And let me know what you think, to short, to little, want more, whatever. I am just looking for some honest feedback so I know what I am doing right and what I am doing wrong.

Alright I know this is the Die My Will homepage and not the Drawn & Quartered Records Homepage, but because the two are so closley related and D&Q doesn't have a webpage yet, I am going to add a little something here. D&Q has just decided to release the brand new .daysgone. 7" Four brand new songs from this awesome old school band from MA. It should be released no latter than March, hopefully in time for their tour with Trial. In other news Die My Will just finished recording 2 new songs for the Blasfemour Comp and the Fist Held High double 7" comp. Well, as you probably already know, I just put up this webpage for Die My Will, so keep checking back for updates. Right now Die My Will is in the middle of writing 8 or 9 new songs for our upcoming CD on Pin Drop Records. We are also working on sending out some stuff to everyone on our mailing list. The mailers should be going out by Jan. 23rd. So if you are interested in getting on our mailing list, email me your name and address and I will try to get you on the list in time.

As many of you probably already know, our drummer broke his leg a few months ago and has been recovering ever since. Two operations, three screws and one metal plate later, he is almost completely better. He still hasn't been able to use his leg to play but he is walking around fine now. As soon as he can use his leg again we are going to be recording some new songs at Salad Days Studio, hopefully.
