Payment Policy
**OUR OFFICE DOES NOT PARTICIPATE WITH INSURANCE**
We are sorry for the inconvenience however we will assist you in any way we
can with the reimbursement process if your insurance company does agree to
reimburse you. You may want to call them before your appointment and give
them this Procedure Code: 96118. This is the code they typically use for a
Neuropsychological Evaluation.

The price of the Neuropsychological Evaluation depends upon the presenting concerns and the requirements of the evaluation. The base charge for a focused Neuropsychological Evaluation is $1450. This is appropriate for children with a psychoeducational evaluation within the last year. The Neuropsychological Evaluation will include integration of the prior psychoeducational assessment with the information obtained on the current Neuropsychological Evaluation.
The fee for a Neuropsychological Evaluation that requires an intellectual assessment will be $1750. The child must have recent achievement testing.
The fee for a Neuropsychological Evaluation with focused academic achievement testing and no intellectual assessment required will be $1650. The child must have Intellectual assessment within one year of the appointment date.
The fee for a Neuropsychological Evaluation when intellectual and focused academic achievement assessments are included will be $1950.
In addition to above pricing:
$300 to $400 if additional psychological assessment (psychodiagnostics) are required (for children with emotional/behavioral concerns in addition to learning/processing issues)
$300 to $400 to address questions related to diagnosis and /or programming of Pervasive Developmental Disorders (Autism, Asperger's High Functioning Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, NOS)
