October 2001 Rides

October 27: Sound Cyclist ride up to Bethel. Mostly rode with Alan, although Mark and Bob were there too in the beginning.

October 21: Princeton "scouting" ride for next year's 200K. Rode with a group up to the second stop. Sandiway and I got lost somehow but made it back on course. There were TWO bridge outages. A little nippy out in the morning. Slow pace, mileage ended up around 130 miles.

October 14: Rode down to the all you can eat crab fest. Flat flat flat.

October 13: Seagull Century in MD. Started a little late, passed a lot of riders. Saw the wild horses in Assateauge Park near the shore. After the second stop, rode with the "Lantern Rouge" club in Arlington, VA.

October 6: Sound Cyclist ride up to Bethel.
