Welcome!Central Connecticut Tai Chi Ch'uan (CCTCC) was established in 1989. Tai Chi classes are offered year round, with new classes starting at different times during the year. There are approximately 12 Tai Chi classes going on throughout the week. CCTCC Tai Chi instructors presently teach the ongoing classes at the main location and twelve-week programs at outside locations. Reiki classes are taught by appointment. Our objective is to provide a number of modalities for individual self improvement, healing, and better health.David and Barbara Ritchie, directors |
