Restorative yoga is: fully supported postures combined with deep relaxation and release. We will connect the postures to slow and gentle movement, breathing and quiet focus to create a profound sense of rest. I'll bring blankets, pillows and cushions. If you bring some too, we'll have plenty to go around, and everyone will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
$35 if paid/postmarked by November 25, $40 after November 25

I can create a workshop, experiential or informational, customized for your group of friends, family or co-workers.
