Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe - 1989's version of Yes, only it wasn't called Yes, because Chris Squire, the only band member to be in all official Yes line-ups, has the rights to the name.
Brian Eno - Nerve Net (1992) - I'm not sure what to think about this one. It's mostly electronic, but there are rock elements to it.
California Guitar Trio - Invitation, Rocks The West, Yamanashi Blues - Mostly acousticly, they tackle classical pieces, surf guitar, originals, and one of my favorites: the theme for The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly!
Chris Squire - Fish Out Of Water (1975) - I like the bass part in Lucky Seven.
Dave Stewart - Lily Was Here (1989) - Okay this is more pop/jazz than progressive rock to my ears, but I like it, and All Music Guide calls it "Prog-Rock/Art Rock, Pop/Rock", so its not too far off! This is a sound track to a movie: Lily Was Here - Has anyone seen this movie?
Djam Karet - Ascension, Burning The Hard City (1991) This is one of my favorite prog bands currently playing. Ten Days To The Sand is a classic.
Dream Theater - Awake (1994), A Change Of Seasons (1995) - The title track to A Change Of Seasons is a classic prog-metal epic, clocking in at 23:06, and showing off the band's talents quite well.
Emerson Lake & Palmer - Brain Salad Surgery (1973) - I have put all four sections of Karn Evil 9 into the play-list (spread out, over several hours, of course, for the holy DMCA edicts)
Spock's Beard - Snow (2002) - Musically, a nice new concept album, just prior to Neal Morse leaving the band. There's been more talk about a review of the album in a conservative political magazine than there has been about the album itself. So I'll just let it talk for itself...
