I used Lyle's program to dig my way out of the self-induced starvation response experienced subsequent to the Ezrin plan. Briefly, Lyle recommends macronutrients set by current bodyweight: 1 Gm protein per pound ; roughly 30 Gms carbohydrates and enough fat to make up the difference to 10-15 Cal per pound dependant on one's sex and activity level.
