From the Basic Set.  This is, hands down, my favorite figure in the game.  Unfortunately, as such, she was the first personality I painted and therefore not my best.  She looks a lot better now than she does in the scan, because I put a coat of matte sealer over that shinly gloss.  Those aren't gray hairs, that's specular highlight.

Another very fine but unfortunately smaller-than-scale sculpting job, a-la Doji Yosai and Doji Kuwanan. 

His eyes are painted a blank white, though they don't show.  In addition to the reds of his clan, I tried to incorporate greys, browns, and blacks, the colors of his element.

I also like his hat.

Again, I tried to incorporate yellows and blues into this paint job to symbolize the element of Air.

I tried to incorporate colors of all five elements in this, the clan Champion.  His feathered cape is painted black, which symbolizes not only the Void, but also the wisdom of Shinsei, who is frequently symbolized by the Crow.

from Ral Partha's Bushido line, a generic female courtier.  I thought this model captured the spirit of Osugi much better than her 'official' figure which is actually, to my mind, a Crane courtier.

Phoenix Courtier from Phoenix Personalities #3 blister.  This was my second attempt at painting details on robes that were not originally sculpted in (The wave pattern across the back of his kimono).
