NCAP offers FREE, CONFIDENTIAL/ANONYMOUS HIV COUNSELING and TESTING to all Litchfield County residents.

Starting February 16, 2005 free HIV testing will be available every Wednesday at the office on 100 Migeon Ave., Torrington on a 1st come, 1st serve basis starting at 1pm. with the last appointment at 5:30pm. Testing is done with a finger prick or a mouth swab and results can be available the same day.


NCAP will also continue to offer regularly scheduled appointments on Monday, Friday, and Saturdays in Torrington and Tuesdays in Winsted and Sharon.
